Although Urban Blooms reserves the right to make any substitutions based on stock availability. Urban Blooms will strive to retain the value and the integrity of every item ordered, paying particular attention to colour scheme and premium flower varieties.
- Arrangements will be made to the same value paid with as similar as possible products.
- Flower boxes are equipped with a water source at their base and do not require any watering for atleast 2-3 days.
- If you would like to extend the life of your flowers, add no more than 2-3 tbsps of fresh water at the base (to avoid getting the box wet)
- Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source heat source.
