To officially lock in your date on our calendar, we require a non-refundable retainer of $150, which goes directly toward your total invoice balance. Your remaining balance is split beautifully into two steps: 50% of the remaining balance is due one month before your big day, and the final balance is due one week before the event.

We know plans grow and evolve! You can make adjustments and add minor additions up until three weeks before your event, depending on what we can source for you. To make sure we can secure your beautiful stems from our growers, all major design details and selections are finalized three weeks before your event. We cannot make any reductions to your order after this point.

Nature sometimes surprises us! While we always aim for your absolute favorites, shifting weather or supply changes mean we occasionally need to make substitutions. If a certain stem isn't available or up to our high standards on your event week, we promise to swap it with a gorgeous, high-quality alternative that perfectly honors your color palette, style, and overall aesthetic.

We handle every stem with love, ensuring your arrangements are fresh and in peak, beautiful condition at the time of delivery or pickup. Once they are in your care or safely set up at your venue, they thrive best when kept in cool spaces out of direct, blazing heat or heavy wind. Because they are living things, we cannot be responsible for any wilting or damage caused by venue handling or extreme weather after we leave.

Any gorgeous arches, unique vases, or candle holders we provide for your day are rental pieces and remain the property of our studio. We love sharing our collection with you, and we just ask that they come back to us in the same condition at our agreed time. If any rental items happen to go missing, get stolen, or break during the fun, a standard replacement fee will be invoiced so we can restock our inventory.

If you need to cancel your florals, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Because we turn down other beautiful events to hold your date, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation happens within 30 days of the event, the full payment is required since your custom orders will already be locked in with our growers. If an unexpected emergency or extreme event beyond anyone's control happens, we will happily look to transfer your payments to a rescheduled date within six months, based on our availability.

We absolutely love seeing our designs in the wild! All of our floral designs and the photos we take remain the creative property of our studio for our portfolio and website. When you or your guests share photos where our florals are beautifully blooming, please give credit and tag us at @theurbanblooms so we can celebrate your day all over again!

Our flowers are sourced from both local and international growers, including local greenhouses and overseas suppliers, to ensure high quality and a wide variety of blooms.

We will deliver and set up your beautiful florals at your venue at our agreed-upon time so everything looks absolutely perfect for your event. While we always plan meticulously to arrive exactly as scheduled, please note that we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by circumstances completely beyond our control, such as sudden traffic delays or extreme weather events.

Because every venue location and event setup is unique, your custom delivery and setup cost will be discussed and tailored specifically to your order details during our design consultation.
